The School of Global Service instills in its future international affairs professionals a cultural understanding and the courage to challenge new types of work in a global society. To this end, an understanding of emerging global governance and communication skills are necessary. The School of Global Service’s curriculum thus cultivates MBA working skills, and provides all classes in English. When students graduate, they are prepared to speak in either French or Spanish at a native-speaker level as well. The school provides practical training so that students become international multilingual business experts who reach into areas of diplomacy (international organizations), business (local multinational enterprises Inc.) and the broadcasting sector (global media).
Purpose of the Education
It is necessary to understand new global governance and to have altruistic passion toward different cultures in order to maintain country's competitiveness and its status as a leading country in globalized era. This major plans for global strategies with inflow of students right after graduation into global field, and has its philosophical purpose of education to cultivate professional workforce to perform global works in international organizations or international media. Especially, this education focuses on cultivating official capabilities and market approaching strategies including global corporate social contribution business' strategies or local market's value creation and supports. Courses are all taught in English and students are required to improve their language abilities of either French or Spanish to the level of native speakers in order to become a global professional leader with multilingual traits.
