Our goal at the Department of History and Culture is to understand human civilization and chart the path forward through diverse investigations of history and culture. We aim to cultivate creative female talents by combining systematic learning and research in specialized areas such as Korean history, East Asian history and Western history. By integrating knowledge from various fields including politics, economy, society and culture, we foster individuals with comprehensive thinking skills who can make valuable contributions across different domains.
